At Delicate Flowers by Andreea, every arrangement is handcrafted with care using fresh seasonal blooms. Because flowers are natural and perishable, slight variations may occur — but our goal is always the same: to deliver beautiful flowers and an exceptional experience.

We stand behind the quality of our arrangements and will always work with you to make things right whenever possible.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you experience:

  • Damaged flowers or packaging

  • Quality concerns

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Delivery-related issues

Returns, Replacements & Store Credit

Because flowers are fresh and perishable, we do not accept traditional returns.

However, if an arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement arrangement

  • Partial or full store credit

  • Another resolution at our discretion

Please note:

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery may not qualify.

  • Personal style preferences or changes of mind are not eligible for refunds.

  • Proper flower care (watering and following care instructions) is required to maximize freshness.

Floral Substitution Policy

Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary.

If certain blooms or containers are unavailable, we may substitute with flowers or materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and feel of the arrangement.

Our priority is delivering something equally beautiful and premium.

Delivery Policy

We do our best to accommodate requested delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless confirmed in advance.

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • We may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate.

  • We may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery.

  • Responsibility for unattended deliveries transfers once delivery is completed.

Please ensure recipient information is accurate.

Hospital & Sympathy Deliveries

For hospital deliveries, please include:

  • Hospital name

  • Recipient name

  • Room number (if applicable)

Please note that some units may restrict flower deliveries.

For funeral and sympathy arrangements, additional lead time is recommended.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before preparation or delivery begins.

Once an arrangement is prepared, in transit, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
